Job Summary

We're looking for a seasoned Senior Data Analyst to join our team and play a key role in driving business growth and innovation through data-driven insights. As a Senior Data Analyst, you'll be responsible for analyzing complex data sets, identifying trends and patterns, and developing actionable recommendations to inform business decisions. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement data-driven solutions that drive business outcomes and improve customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble comprehensive analyses, data visualizations, and multi-functional reporting that provide critical support to business operations and decision-making.
• Respond to business-critical questions and provide expert knowledge on various product and business streams to enhance customer experiences and drive conversions.
• Advance the scientific capabilities of the business, collaborate in the design of analytical solutions, and deliver exceptional data insights and products.
• Utilize data visualization tools, SQL, and programming languages to access and analyze structured and unstructured data.
• Apply statistical techniques (t-test, chi-square, ANOVA, correlation, regression, factor analysis, etc.) to understand customer behavior and preferences, and drive business impact.

What You'll Bring

• Unbridled enthusiasm, high intellectual and analytical strength, and an insatiable quest for data-driven insights and business results.
• A Bachelor's degree in a scientific field (e.g., mathematics, statistics, computer science, engineering, etc.).
• 3+ years of professional experience as an analyst in an information and analytics space with exceptional SQL, Python, or R skills for complex querying, high-level analysis, performance optimization, and working with data at scale.
• Experience delivering end-to-end analysis projects: taking them from unclear requirements, to a compelling story, open across different audiences, and eventually to a clear business outcome.
• Superb interpersonal and communication (written and oral) skills. Ability to build strong working relationships with colleagues, stakeholders, and technical partners. Ability to present to senior leadership.

Good to Have

• A Master's degree in a scientific field.
• Proven data visualization skills with tools like Matplotlib, Seaborn, Looker, MicroStrategy, Plotly, etc.
• Experience with marketing landing pages, sign-up channels, and business spaces.
• Ability to identify and properly escalate issues to management.
• Counseling background, MBA, or other multi-industry experience.
• Strong motivation and ability to work independently.
• Remarkable written and oral communication skills.
