Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Analyst to join our team, focusing on labor force activities and data-driven business operations. As a Senior Analyst at arenaflex, you will play a crucial role in addressing and resolving concerns related to work from our store and HR partners in the field. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving booking performance in our stores, and your proactive approach to creating reporting and identifying potential opportunities will be essential in improving our cycles and communications.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead task groups of experts and different partners to achieve business objectives
• Perform data gathering tasks, including data analysis, project/procedure planning, and data implementation
• Produce documents for teams and leadership to review and utilize, and deliver presentations to teams and executive leaders and stakeholders
• Build skills and knowledge, including self-development, team knowledge, and client (internal) knowledge
• Direct and manage direct reports, and regularly report to the Store Operations Process Manager or Store Operations Business Administrator (or Sr. Supervisors)

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a Bachelor's Degree in a field of study related to the job. A minimum of 3 years of work experience is preferred, with store insight and/or ASDS experience being highly desirable. You should have experience driving high-performing teams, consulting management, and/or project management, as well as solid quantitative abilities like statistics and data analysis.
