Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a remote or hybrid setting.
  • Ability to commute to our facility in Cedar Falls, IA, as required.
  • A secure and dedicated workspace at home with stable internet connectivity (minimum upload speed of 5 megabits per second, download speed of 15 megabits per second, and ping less than 80 milliseconds).
  • Proficiency in operating and navigating multiple PC-based programs simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks, and managing multiple client interactions simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools.

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $15.80, with three automatic raises in 12 months, bringing your pay to $17.00 per hour. You will also be eligible for a range of benefits, including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance coverage, paid time off, company holidays, and access to up to 30% of your paycheck before payday. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to participate in a bidding process for alternate work shifts and earn additional flexibility to work from home up to 5 days a week.
