You'll be the primary point of contact for patients, insurance companies, and internal stakeholders, providing empathetic and personalized support to resolve issues and facilitate timely medication delivery. If you're a team player with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity. **Key Responsibilities:** * Coordinate and handle new and reorder medication requests, including verifying and renewing benefits * Assist patients in deciphering and entering new or reorder medications into the pharmacy data system * Communicate and collect copay sums, acquire approvals, and work with insurance companies, healthcare providers, and internal teams to resolve and process orders with records of sales or clinical issues * Collaborate with patients, insurance companies, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely medication delivery and meet financial and clinical expectations * Utilize Windows-based applications, such as Windows, Microsoft Office, web navigation, and email applications, to manage and resolve customer inquiries * Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and medication requests **Essential Qualifications:** * Active IL Pharmacy Technician License or willingness to apply for an IL Pharmacy Technician License * One year of experience in a customer service role handling and resolving a high volume of complex customer needs via telephone * One year of work experience with Windows-based applications, including Windows, Microsoft Office, web navigation, and email applications * One year of PC keyboarding experience, skills, and fitness **Preferred Qualifications:** * Healthcare work experience and knowledge of benefits, insurance, medications, and clinical terminology * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex healthcare scenarios * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients, insurance companies, and internal stakeholders **About arenaflex:** At arenaflex, we're committed to delivering improved human-driven healthcare solutions for a rapidly changing world.
