- Communicate knowledge of all blithequark products to customers, supporting them in choosing the most suitable product and ordering products
- Provide high-level customer service and respond to service inquiries, following up on customer interactions in a timely and professional manner
- Coordinate with other functions, such as Operations, Finance, and Product, to solve ongoing issues and ensure seamless customer experiences
- Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process, as well as blithequark products and services, to help us continuously improve and enhance our offerings
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- 1+ years of experience in retail, e-commerce, and social media (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and other platforms) is a plus
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment on both live chat and phone, with excellent problem-solving skills and a strong customer satisfaction focus
- Fluent in English, with bilingualism being a plus
- Hardworking, detail-oriented, and possessing a young, dynamic, creative mindset, with a curiosity for learning and growth
