Essential Qualifications

• Be patient, detail-oriented, and thorough, with excellent communication skills
• Be tech-savvy and have your own computer with a high-speed connection (working from mobile devices is not permitted)
• Be able to commit to a minimum of 6 months of volunteering, with a minimum of 12 hours per month (including 3 four-hour evening shifts)
• Be able to attend two online training sessions and participate in ongoing supervision and training
• Be able to read, write, and fluently converse in English (having a second language is a plus)
