Webflow Designer and Developer
Webflow Designer & Integrator Needed (Nonprofit – Autism Services)
We are building a new Webflow-based website for a nonprofit organization focused on supporting individuals with severe autism and their families. Our services include Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), life skills care, parent/caregiver support, and travel support for individuals with disabilities.
We are seeking an experienced Webflow designer/developer to help us select, customize, and implement a high-quality Webflow solution with both template-based and custom-designed pages.
Scope of Work
1. Webflow Template Selection & Customization
Identify and recommend best-fit Webflow templates aligned with nonprofit, healthcare, or autism services.
Customize selected templates to match our brand, content, and structure.
Implement custom-designed pages where templates are not sufficient.
Ensure consistent UI/UX across all pages.
2. Visual Design & Branding
Assist with logo refinement or creation (or work with provided brand direction).
Define overall look and feel, including color palette, typography, spacing, and imagery.
Ensure a warm, trustworthy, and professional aesthetic appropriate for families, caregivers, and donors.
3. Core Website Structure & Best Practices
The site should follow modern Webflow and nonprofit best practices, including:
Clear Service Navigation
Prominent sections for core offerings:
ABA Therapy
Life Skills Care
Parent & Caregiver Support
Travel Support for Individuals with Disabilities
Intuitive top navigation and service subpages.
Strong Hero & Mission-Focused Messaging
Clear mission statement
Impact metrics (e.g., families served, years of service)
Supportive CTAs such as Learn More, Get Support, or Donate.
Resources & Education Hub
Blog, guides, FAQs, videos, or webinars
SEO-friendly structure to build trust and authority.
Parent & Caregiver Support Hub
Practical caregiver resources (articles, FAQs, community links)
Designed to provide real value and improve engagement.
Contact & Intake Forms
Clean, accessible inquiry and intake forms
Prominent phone/email placement
Simple user journey for parents seeking help.
Mobile-First & Accessibility
Fully responsive design
Accessibility best practices (contrast, font sizing, alt text, clear layouts).
Impact & Transparency

4. Integrations & Functional Pages
Connect or prepare integrations for:
CRM tools (e.g., Apollo or similar)
Customer experience / client portal pages
Purchase order or checkout pages
Credit card payment processing
Customer-facing pages should support structured data such as:
Name, address
Service context (non-medical summary)
Insurance status (high-level, non-diagnostic)
Experience with Webflow integrations or no-code tools (Zapier, Memberstack, etc.) is a plus.
5. Travel for Individuals with Disabilities Section
Design a dedicated section focused on accessible and supported travel for individuals with disabilities.
Emphasis on clarity, reassurance, and usability for families.
