About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Customer Support Officer to join our dynamic team at blithequark. As a Customer Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients, responding to their inquiries, resolving their issues, and providing them with product information and technical support. This role requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a strong customer-centric approach. Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
  • Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner, ensuring that all customers receive exceptional service and support
  • Provide product information and technical support to customers, helping them to understand our products and services and how they can benefit from them
  • Document customer interactions and feedback, using this information to improve our products and services and to identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction, working closely with our sales, marketing, and product development teams to ensure that we are providing our customers with the best possible experience

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field, as well as 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or support role. You will also need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. If you have experience working in a remote or virtual team environment, this would be an advantage, as you will be working from home and will need to be self-motivated and disciplined.

Preferred Qualifications

In addition to the essential qualifications, we are looking for someone who is proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, has experience with CRM software, and is able to multitask and prioritize tasks.
