This role involves generating and qualifying leads, scheduling follow-ups for senior sales reps(until you're fully comfortable closing your own), and consistently meeting lead quota targets. The position is remote, Monday through Friday, you'll set your own schedule but the approx. hours fall from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Training is available either in person in Florida or remotely through a structured course that can be completed from the comfort of your home. Candidates should be self-motivated, have strong communication and phone skills, and be able to work independently from a home office. Sales experience is preferred but not required, as training is provided. Advancement opportunities include the ability to manage your own team or office over time. The starting pay for this position is $25.00 per hour, plus performance-based bonuses tied to recurring revenue and sales targets. You may select your own schedule blocks between 15–40 hours per week, and paychecks are issued twice per month.
