Sr. Manager, Lifecycle & CRM
About the position
As the Senior Manager of Lifecycle Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies aimed at engaging customers throughout their journey with our enhance brands at Neighborly. This role requires a seasoned marketing professional with a deep understanding of customer lifecycle stages, data-driven decision-making, and cross-functional collaboration. This role will also have future involvement in supporting a new CRM system Neighborly is building with an external vendor. This role will support email, SMS, and in-app experiences.
Responsibilities
• Develop and execute a robust lifecycle marketing strategy aligned with the overarching goals of each repair brand.
• Create a strategy brief, inclusive of customer segmentation and audience recommendations, competitive research, and prior campaign performance.
• Manage lifecycle campaigns effectively using project management skills.
• Analyze customer behavior and segmentation data, calculating email engagement metrics and understanding statistical significance.
• Provide comprehensive reports with insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Identify testing opportunities to optimize campaign performance and follow the 2025 testing roadmap.
• Collaborate with brand marketing team, marketing analytics, product, technology, and external agencies/vendors.
Requirements
• Proven experience with 7+ years in a lifecycle & CRM related role.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Experience working with the customer engagement platform, Braze, is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends.
• Experience with marketing automation tools and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
Nice-to-haves
• Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
