Senior QA Engineer – Remote (US), Offices in New York
Shape and lead quality assurance for an AI-powered enterprise learning platform used by global teams. You’ll design and execute a comprehensive QA strategy across web, mobile, SMS, Slack, and Teams, ensuring reliability, security, accessibility, and performance at scale.
You will build test plans, drive automation, establish quality metrics, and collaborate with product, design, and engineering to embed quality from design through release. Play a key role in testing AI-driven features — including red-teaming, synthetic data, and evaluation pipelines — in a fast-moving YC-backed startup environment.
Salary: $120,000 – $140,000/year
Equity: 0.10% – 0.47%
Location: Remote (within the U.S.) | Offices in New York, NY

Experience: 3+ years in QA or software engineering (startup or enterprise SaaS)
Background: Testing modern web, mobile, and messaging platforms
Skills: Manual & automated testing, test frameworks, observability, root-cause analysis
