Our team is dedicated to delivering exceptional service to our clients, and we are seeking a motivated and ambitious Personal Lines CSR to join our team. **Responsibilities** As a Personal Lines Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, including: * Assisting clients with cancellations, telephone inquiries, mail requests, and other services as needed * Binding, filing, and data entry * Ordering policies and requesting endorsements from the company as required * Policy verification assistance * Updating Certificates of Insurance * Requesting Loss Runs * Providing solutions and resolving issues for clients in a timely and effective manner * Ordering renewal, expiration lists as needed and reviewing lists to determine appropriate actions * Typing proposals for producers to give to clients and maintaining client files * Entering client information into our agency management system * Gathering data for proposals and applications, reconciling and verifying policy information to ensure information is accurate on application * Working with clients to assist in claim problems, process endorsements, and proof of coverage, including certificates of insurance **Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications: * Education: High School or higher * Proficient data entry skills * Must be organized and have good time management skills * Must be proficient in Word, Excel, Adobe, Outlook, and also be able to quickly learn new programs * Must be detail-oriented with a strong attention to detail * Excellent verbal and written communication skills required * Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be a self-starter **Benefits** As a valued member of our team, you will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including: * Company-paid life insurance, long-term, and short-term disability * Medical, dental, vision, and FSA/HSA plans * 401(k) with company match * Additional voluntary benefits, including critical illness, accident insurance, hospital indemnity, and supplemental life insurance, legal and identity protection, and pet benefits * Generous PTO * An awesome team of professionals! **Work Environment and Company Culture** At blithequark, we pride ourselves on our dynamic and supportive work environment.
