We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for educating union members about the benefits available to them through their affiliation. Your primary goal will be to provide exceptional service, build trust, and establish long-lasting relationships with our clients. While sales may be involved in certain situations, we prioritize a consultative approach that respects our clients' needs and preferences.Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to union members, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Educate members about the benefits available to them through their union affiliation, highlighting the value and advantages of our services.
- Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver personalized solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and efficient issue resolution.
- Meet or exceed performance metrics, including customer satisfaction ratings and sales targets (where applicable).
