You will work closely with our data team and Data Manager to ensure the accuracy and integrity of our data, and will be expected to maintain accurate records of valuable company information. If you have a strong background in data entry, a keen eye for detail, and excellent organizational skills, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity. **Key Responsibilities** • Entering customer and account data from source documents within time limits • Compiling, verifying accuracy and sorting information to prepare source data for computer entry • Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities and checking output • Researching and obtaining further information for incomplete documents • Scanning documents and printing files, when needed • Keeping information confidential • Responding to queries for information and accessing relevant files • Complying with data integrity and security policies • Ensuring proper use of office equipment and addressing any malfunctions **Essential Duties & Responsibilities** • Insert customer and account data by inputting text-based and numerical information from source documents within time limits • Compile, verify accuracy and sort information according to priorities to prepare source data for computer entry • Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities if possible and check output • Research and obtain further information for incomplete documents • Scan documents and print files, when needed • Keep information confidential • Respond to queries for information and access relevant files • Comply with data integrity and security policies • Ensure proper use of office equipment and address any malfunctions **Qualifications** • Proven data entry work experience, as a Data Entry Operator or Office Clerk • Experience with MS Office and data programs • Familiarity with administrative duties • Experience using office equipment, like fax machine and scanner • Typing speed and accuracy • Excellent knowledge of correct spelling, grammar and punctuation • Attention to detail • Confidentiality • Organization skills, with an ability to stay focused on assigned tasks • High school diploma; additional computer training or certification will be an asset **Skills and Competencies** • Strong data entry skills, with the ability to accurately and efficiently enter data into computer systems • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to identify and correct errors • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and clients • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to research and resolve issues independently • Familiarity with data integrity and security policies, with the ability to ensure compliance **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At blithequark, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
