Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. UPS is a Fortune Global 500 organization seeking a Business Systems Analysis (BSA) Associate to support I.S. BSA processes. The role involves assisting BSA team members in identifying problems, recommending solutions, and ensuring quality standards are met in business systems analysis tasks. Responsibilities • Participate in cross-functional tasks to ensure consistency and adherence to standards and best practices • Support subject matter experts in business systems analysis areas to assist other BSAs and expand knowledge • Adhere to enterprise process standards to deliver consistent work products • Gather relevant information during work sessions to ensure audience understanding • Analyze and apply appropriate detail based on project life cycle stage to ensure solutions address business needs • Simplify moderately complex concepts for clear stakeholder communication • Facilitate conflict resolution to achieve consensus and common goals • Assist in developing business and functional requirements and related work products • Deliver clear, accurate, and professional written and verbal communications tailored to the audience • Contribute to solution discussions for projects of low to moderate complexity to align with long-term strategy • Review work products for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with standards • Participate in peer reviews to identify conflicts and confirm consistent implementation of requirements • Test BSA work products and processes to identify defects and ensure effectiveness • Document test results to support problem resolution and capture defect data • Communicate test results to relevant stakeholders and provide updates on project status • Enter defect data into management tools to report variances from expected results • Collaborate with project team members to exchange information and respond promptly • Conduct root cause analysis of defects, identify recurring issues, and recommend preventive solutions Skills • Bachelor's Degree or International equivalent in Computer science or Computer Engineering • Proficiency in French and English (written and spoken) • Advanced computer skills: Microsoft Office • Lean-Agile Project Management Framework • Azure DevOps Services experience • Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP®) • Unidata database, UniBasic, VB, C, C++, Java, Node JS, Python, and .NET knowledge • Excellent verbal and written communication skills Benefits • Vision, health, and dental benefits after three months of service. • Overtime. • Weekly Pay/ Direct Deposit- Every Friday. • Immediate access to UPS ‘Employee Discounts’ upon hiring. • Paid training. • Pension Plan. • Free Onsite Parking. • Opportunity for advancement within a Fortune 50 Company.
