Sound editor for Audio stories
I’m looking for a sound editor / sound designer to help bring my Snory Stories to life — these are gentle, calming rest-time audio stories created for kindergarten-aged children in Australia.
Each story includes:
Narration (recorded by me)
Gentle background music and soundscape (e.g. rainforest, ocean, garden sounds)
Magical transitions and soft sound effects (like twinkles, waves, footsteps, birds)
I need someone who can:
• Edit my vocal recordings (remove noise, balance EQ, reduce boxiness, etc.)
• Add appropriate ambient sounds and light music
• Mix and master the final audio so it sounds smooth, professional, and calming
Each story is around 10 minutes long.
I’ll start with one story as a trial, with the potential for ongoing work (I plan to create a full series).
