We are expanding a remote real estate investment operation and are onboarding motivated individuals to assist with identifying and coordinating real estate opportunities nationwide. This is a commission-based, per-deal role designed for people who want flexibility, independence, and performance-based income. --- WHAT YOU DO (ONE SIMPLE ROLE) Your role is to assist with connecting property opportunities with interested buyers using provided instructions, scripts, and tools. Tasks may include: Identifying potential property opportunities Sending messages using approved templates Collecting basic property details Submitting completed opportunities for review 100% remote No handling money No negotiating No legal work --- PAYMENT STRUCTURE (CLEAR & TRANSPARENT) You are paid per completed deal after closing. You earn: $1,000 minimum per deal OR 10% commission per deal (Whichever is greater) There is no hourly pay.
