We are seeking an experienced Media Buyer specializing in native advertising to plan, execute, and optimize high-performing campaigns. This role requires managing sizable budgets, analyzing performance data, and creatively testing new strategies to drive ROI-positive results. • Accountabilities
• Develop, deploy, and optimize paid media campaigns across multiple native advertising platforms with a focus on high conversion and profitability.
• Manage budget allocations, bids, and campaign parameters to achieve optimal performance.
• Monitor daily campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments to improve results.
• Test and implement new strategies, creative assets, and targeting approaches based on insights.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align campaign objectives and ensure KPIs are met in both the short and long term.
• Analyze metrics and provide actionable recommendations to improve ROI and overall campaign efficiency.
• * Requirements
• 4+ years of experience in digital performance marketing with a focus on media buying.
• 2+ years of experience managing campaigns on Taboola and Outbrain.
• Experience with Yahoo Gemini (Verizon Media Native) is a strong plus.
• Advanced knowledge of Google Analytics and data interpretation.
• Proven track record managing large budgets, complex targeting strategies, and high campaign volumes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• High-level proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and knowledge of basic statistics.
• Good eye for design and creative assets; able to provide input on creative optimization.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
