Senior Consultant, ERP and HCM Transformation
Job Description:
• Seek a strategic thinker and consultant with ERP and HCM transformation experience to contribute to business process assessment, technology strategy, organizational readiness, and software implementation advisory
• Role focuses on shaping vision and guiding transformation rather than hands-on implementation
• Guide ERP readiness and advisory: conduct assessments, develop roadmaps, and advise clients on ERP-related decisions
• Facilitate stakeholder alignment: lead workshops, interviews, and executive briefings to surface priorities and build consensus
• Collaborate across practices: partner with delivery teams in ERP implementation, modernization, and analytics to ensure strategic coherence
• Contribute to practice growth: support methodology development, thought leadership, and internal capability building
Requirements:
• 4-6 years of experience in management or technology consulting, with material client project experience in HCM business process analysis and ERP transformation (current state assessment, software selection, software implementation)
• Previous employment as a management or technology consultant at a recognized professional services organization
• Strong foundational knowledge of HCM business processes, common challenges, and best practices
• Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear recommendations
• Ability to perform client project duties independently and collaboratively
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Preferred: Knowledge of and experience with Workday or Oracle HCM; ERP certification in Workday or Oracle HCM; HR professional certification (e.g., PHR); experience in higher education, nonprofit, or state and local government sectors; experience supporting business development (proposal writing, sourcing new business)
