Investor Relations Manager

Location: Remote (USA) with In-Person 2-day Retreats 4x a year Role Summary: The Investor Relations Manager will be responsible for managing communications and relationships with investors, ensuring they are kept informed and engaged with our progress and performance. Key Responsibilities: • Investor Communication: Develop and maintain a robust investor communication strategy. • Reporting: Prepare and present regular updates on financial performance and strategic direction to investors. • Event Management: Organize investor meetings, conferences, and other events. • Feedback Analysis: Gather and analyze investor feedback to inform company strategies. Ideal Candidate: • Experience in investor relations or financial communication. • Strong understanding of financial reporting and performance metrics. • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills. • Ability to handle sensitive information with integrity and professionalism.
