Junior Attorney — NYC Bar Required — Remote
Miss Immigrant USA is a civic identity platform dedicated to immigrant dignity, public voice, and community leadership. Headquartered in New York City, we are seeking a Junior Attorney admitted to the New York State Bar to join our legal team in a fully remote, work-from-home role focused on general civil and general practice matters.
This role is intentionally designed as a teach-and-train position. The attorney will work closely with leadership and senior legal strategists and will receive guidance, templates, and structured support while gradually taking on meaningful responsibility across a range of civil matters. This is an excellent opportunity for a newly admitted attorney or a recent graduate who has been admitted to the New York Bar and is eager to build real-world legal experience in a mission-driven environment.
No prior law firm experience is required. We are looking for someone thoughtful, open-minded, and motivated, with strong writing skills and a genuine interest in civic impact, public accountability, and community-focused legal work. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, comfortable working remotely, and committed to approaching legal practice with professionalism, care, and human dignity.
