Corporate Attorney Needed for Behind-the-Scenes LLC Document Reviews
My name is Brittany Cook-Marsh, founder of Echelon Legal Innovations, a paralegal agency that supports attorneys and small law firms nationwide. I’m launching a new, founder-based LLC that provides business formation and document drafting services directly to small business owners. I’m seeking an experienced corporate business attorney to provide non-client-facing legal reviews of LLC operating agreements and related formation documents prepared by my company. This position is strictly review-only — no client contact or document drafting — to reduce liability exposure. Scope: Review LLC operating agreements and related formation documents. Confirm accuracy, compliance, and legal sufficiency. Provide brief written review notes or approval confirmation. Ensure ethical alignment in a paralegal–attorney review model. Requirements: Licensed U.S. attorney. 3+ years in corporate or small-business law. Comfortable working behind the scenes on a per-review basis. Reliable communication and timely turnaround.
