• Managing paywall platforms for creators, helping them maximize their earning potential.
• Growing social media accounts and expanding creator reach on platforms like Instagram, TikTok, X, Reddit, Discord, and Telegram.
• Securing brand deals and sponsorships tailored to each creator’s personal brand.
• Producing events and creator experiences to engage audiences and build community.
We help creators scale their audience, monetize content, and build a personal brand, and we’re looking for a creative, organized Social Media Account Manager to join our team.
What You’ll Do
• Creator Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for assigned creators, handling questions, requests, and ongoing support.
• Content Management & Scheduling: Request, organize, upload, and schedule content across paywall platforms and social media accounts. Write engaging captions that drive fan engagement.
• Platform Management: Run daily operations on paywall platforms, ensuring consistent posting, audience engagement, and optimization.
• Fan Engagement & Chat Coordination: Work with or oversee chat teams to ensure fan communication aligns with the creator’s brand voice and monetization goals.
• Analytics & Reporting: Prepare weekly or monthly reports highlighting performance, growth, and revenue metrics.
• Creative Strategy & Content Ideation: Brainstorm and pitch content ideas for social media, paywall platforms, and promotional campaigns.
• Marketing & Growth: Implement strategies to increase followers, engagement, and revenue through collaborations, promotions, and campaigns.
• Brand Deals & Sponsorships: Assist with identifying, pitching, and coordinating brand partnerships for creators.
• Events & Networking: Participate in optional in-person events, meetups, and creator experiences in Los Angeles.
What We’re Looking For
• Experience managing or growing creator accounts on paywall platforms is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with major social media platforms — Instagram, TikTok, X (Twitter), Reddit, Discord, and Telegram.
• Knowledge of social media marketing, influencer management, content strategy, and creator monetization.
• Excellent communication skills; experience with copywriting or fan engagement messaging is preferred but not required.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple creator accounts simultaneously.
• Proactive and self-motivated — able to independently manage workflow.
• (Bonus) Experience working with chat teams or managing direct messages for creators.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $42,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year
