Job Overview:
Brooks Services is seeking a professional and customer-focused Virtual Chat Support Representative to join our remote team. In this role, you will assist customers through live chat, providing timely, accurate, and friendly support. This is a non-phone position ideal for individuals with strong typing skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer inquiries through live chat and messaging platforms
• Provide clear and accurate information about Brooks Services’ products, services, and policies
• Assist customers with account questions, troubleshooting, and general support
• Document customer interactions and update records in our CRM system
• Escalate issues requiring advanced support to the appropriate departments
• Maintain professionalism and adhere to Brooks Services’ communication standards
• Manage multiple chats simultaneously while ensuring attention to detail
• Deliver excellent customer experiences and help maintain high satisfaction scores
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior chat support or customer service experience preferred
• Strong written communication and grammar skills
• Fast and accurate typing abilities
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a remote environment
• Familiarity with chat or helpdesk platforms (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk, Intercom) is a plus
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to remain patient and professional
