We are seeking a verified federal court filing professional or senior litigation paralegal with direct CM/ECF experience to handle Petitions to Confirm Arbitration Awards under FAA §207 in U.S. federal courts.
This is a procedural filing role only (not legal advocacy). Accuracy, speed, and court-level compliance are mandatory.
Scope of Work (Non-Negotiable)
You will be responsible for:
Identifying correct federal venue for FAA §207 filings
Preparing a court-compliant Petition to Confirm Arbitration Award
Formatting exhibits and attachments per district-specific local rules
Assembling a CM/ECF-ready filing package
Filing through CM/ECF or coordinated clerk/paralegal access
Providing filing receipt / docket confirmation
This role does not include legal advice or courtroom advocacy.
Mandatory Requirements (Read Carefully)
You must meet all of the following:
Prior experience filing in U.S. federal court
Hands-on familiarity with CM/ECF
Experience with arbitration award confirmations (FAA or New York Convention preferred)
Ability to follow district-specific clerk requirements
Willingness to provide ID and address verification before handling filings
Willingness to work under milestone-based escrow only
