Key Responsibilities
• Own the growth agenda for a multi-million dollar nursing education business, setting and executing data-driven strategies
• Drive sustainable revenue growth through experimentation across channels and optimization of marketing investments
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align priorities and execute integrated growth strategies
Required Qualifications
• Strong strategic and executional marketing background with a focus on growth
• Experience managing marketing budgets between $10M and $25M
• Broad digital marketing expertise across acquisition and retention channels
• Entrepreneurial mindset with creativity grounded in data and analytics
• B2C marketing experience required; familiarity with B2B marketing in academic contexts is a plus
