Trademark Attorney Needed to File Two Trademarks (Class 9 experience required)
I’m looking for an experienced U.S. trademark attorney to file two separate trademarks for my brand for the price of one.
Both trademarks will be filed in one USPTO class each (Class 9). The specific names/phrases will be shared after an NDA is signed.
I need someone who:
-Has verifiable U.S. trademark class 9 filing experience
-Understands TEAS Plus
-Can recommend the correct Class 9 wording
-Can manage the application process from start to finish
-Communicates clearly and professionally
