Operations & Strategic Planning Executive
Job Description:
• Accountable for providing strategic, operational, and analytical support for the Imaging sales organization
• Collaborating closely with Imaging Segment Leaders & Product Managers in implementing product strategies
• Delivering strategic analytics and insights to drive revenue execution
• Developing strategies to improve effectiveness and performance through organizational design
• Leading weekly USCAN team call and agenda planning
• Leading pricing strategy and execution for all modalities for USCAN level initiatives
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of relevant operational leadership
• Excellent communication, influencing, and team-building skills
• Ability to influence, drive change cross-functionally in a highly matrixed environment
• Strong management skills and capability to develop talents
• Technical competency in using financial reporting tools
