We are currently seeking a Field Marketing Manager to lead Brevo's marketing efforts in our North American West region executing a set of demand generation programs needed to meet the objectives jointly set with the sales team leaders. This Field Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning, executing and measuring the performance of a regional marketing plan to generate awareness and create demand for our platform. To successfully execute on our vision, this candidate should demonstrate impressive relationship-building skills, and possess the ability to speak the language of the business, translating marketing metrics into business drivers that Sales cares about. This is a heavily influential role, so the ability to communicate clearly, persuasively, and assertively is a must. As a Field Marketing Manager, you will: • Be the owner of the North American West region's overall field marketing plan coordinating with our global teams for digital marketing, paid media, email marketing, and brand global events. • Create brand awareness: in coordination with the brand team prepare and orchestrate the speaking slots at sponsored events + leverage the voice of the local client. • Lead regional campaigns based on use cases with a marketing mix of online (paid media, email, webinars, social media) and offline (events) activities to generate Marketing Qualified leads. • Manage a local budget, achieve the MQL objectives, demonstrate ROI and success metrics for campaigns and ensure a high close rate for the sales team thanks to high-quality leads. • Support to sales with targeted tactics and programs to generate interest on key accounts (ABM) and verticals. • Focus on quantifiable business contribution as a foundation, supported by qualitative measures (we marry the art & science of marketing). What will contribute to your success: • 5+ years in field marketing, channel marketing, demand generation, or digital marketing, preferably in a B2B environment. • 4+ years of experience executing demand generation campaigns. • 3+ years of experience managing local marketing programs including offline programs (local events, community, and influencer marketing) and online/digital campaigns (webinars, local paid media). • Knowledge of the MarTech industry is a huge plus, to know the ecosystem we operate in • Knowledge of enterprise software or IT market a plus • Willingness to occasionally travel within the US and occasionally to our Paris headquarters when needed.
