Remote Counter and Rental Clerk (Real Estate & Leasing)

Turing is looking for candidates with solid experience in rental operations, customer service, and transaction handling. Role overview: • In this role, you will work on projects to help evaluate and improve AI using your industry knowledge and communication skills. • No prior AI experience is required. • These projects will help you learn how to leverage AI to advance your field, streamline rental workflows, and enhance customer experience. What does day-to-day look like: • Design and solve real-world rental and customer service scenarios to test AI reasoning. • Write clear, structured solutions covering rental agreements, payment processing, client communication, and issue resolution. • Evaluate AI responses for accuracy, clarity, and professionalism. • Collaborate with AI researchers to refine model understanding of rental workflows, pricing discussions, and service interactions. Requirements: • 4+ years of experience as a Counter Clerk, Rental Associate, or Customer Service Representative in a rental or property-related business. • Comfortable using web-based tools for data review and annotation. • Strong English communication and reasoning skills. • Ability to explain customer-facing processes clearly using structured reasoning.
