Role Description
This is a remote role for a current MBA candidate, preferably with past M&A experience at an Investment Bank or corporate . The Analyst/Associate will conduct industry research, evaluate financial statements, assist with due diligence processes, and prepare materials to support transaction execution. The role also includes collaborating with internal teams and partnering with clients to execute complex financial transactions.
Qualifications
• Proficiency in Financial Modeling and strong Analytical Skills
• Experience in Due Diligence processes and knowledge of finance principles
• Background in Investment Banking or financial services
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment while managing multiple tasks
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
