Client Success Coordinator (Remote)

Remote, USA Full-time Posted 2026-03-20
The Role We are looking for an articulate, highly organized, and emotionally intelligent professional to serve as the "concierge" for prospective families. You will be the first human point of contact for parents who have requested information about our program. Your job is to understand their situation, provide helpful guidance, and connect qualified families with our planning advisors. This isn't a traditional administrative role—you're a problem-solver and connector. Responsibilities • Reach out to prospective families to confirm appointment details • Qualify families based on student readiness and parent commitment • Schedule strategy calls with our planning advisors • Maintain organized records in our CRM The Ideal Candidate • You're organized. You're managing hundreds of contacts. Multiple touchpoints. You utilize systems. You make spreadsheets. You don't lose track of things. • You're naturally helpful. You genuinely care about families getting the help they need. You're not trying to trick anyone or pressure anyone. You're making it easy for people who want help to get it. • You're comfortable with technology. You'll be working in our CRM (GoHighLevel). Sending texts and emails at scale. Jumping on quick phone calls. Recording Loom videos. You pick up new tools quickly. • You communicate clearly. Your texts are friendly but professional. Your emails are clear and to the point. You write without typos. • You're a self-starter. This is a remote role. You'll have clear metrics and expectations, but you need to manage your own time. You don't need someone looking over your shoulder. • You're ambitious. You want to grow. You see this as a stepping stone to something bigger—maybe running your own team, maybe moving into a different role at Boosted Brains, maybe building skills for your own business someday. You DON'T need: • A perfect 4.0 GPA or top-tier school on your resume • Prior industry experience (we'll train you) • Knowledge of the ACT (we'll teach you everything you need) You DO need: • Reliable internet and a quiet place to work • Availability during our busy hours (ability to work through 8pm ET is a plus) • A phone, computer, and webcam for occasional team meetings About Boosted Brains We help high-achieving high school families navigate the college preparation process efficiently—starting with ACT coaching that actually works. Most ACT prep wastes time and money. Students take classes with 100+ other kids. They work with tutors who charge by the hour (creating terrible incentives). They buy prep books and hope their scores magically improve. We do something different. We use a sprint-based coaching methodology that helps students improve by 5+ points on average. Our students unlock $50,000-$100,000+ in scholarships. They get into better colleges. And their families finally have clarity and peace of mind about the whole process. We've helped over 3,500 families. Our team includes coaches from UPenn, Duke, Georgetown, and other top programs. And we're growing fast. Our Core values: • Extreme ownership - We take responsibility for outcomes, even when it's not technically our fault • Efficiency - We don't waste time. Busy families don't have time for bloated processes • Empowerment - We teach skills rather than just solve problems How to Apply (Read Carefully) To ensure you are a real person and have the communication skills required for this role, we require a short video introduction. Applications without a video will not be reviewed. Record a 2-3 minute Loom video (loom.com is free) answering these questions: • Why does this role interest you? • Tell us about a time you had to juggle multiple tasks or responsibilities—how did you stay organized? • Imagine a prospective parent just attempted to schedule a meeting with our ACT Planning Advisor but wasn't able to successfully finish scheduling. How would you handle this situation? Send your Loom link to: careers@boostedbrains36.com Subject line: "Client Success Coordinator - [Your Name]" Also include in your email: • Your resume and/or LinkedIn profile • When you'd be available to start We do NOT need: • A cover letter • References (not yet) • Your ACT score or GPA What happens next: If your video shows you're organized, professional, and aligned with what we're looking for, we'll invite you to a live interview. The whole process will take 1-2 weeks from application to decision. Job Types: Full-time, Contract Pay: $20.00 - $50.00 per hour Expected hours: 30 – 60 per week Benefits: • Flexible schedule • Professional development assistance Work Location: Remote Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
