Appointment Setting & Lead Generation Specialist

Job Overview: We are seeking a proactive Appointment Setting & Lead Generation Specialist to be the engine of our growth. Key Responsibilities: • Manage inbound inquiries and convert them into scheduled appointments. • Conduct outbound lead generation via phone, email, and other communication channels. • Engage with potential clients through ads, live concierge, and direct contact to generate interest. • Maintain accurate records of leads and interactions in our CRM system. • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth lead conversion and follow-up. • Continuously improve scripts, processes, and engagement strategies to maximize results. Qualifications: • 1+ year of experience in appointment setting. • Experience in lead generation, or customer-facing roles is preferred. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Comfortable making outbound calls and handling inbound inquiries. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management systems is a plus. • Interest in fitness, martial arts, or wellness industries is a bonus.
