Job Overview and Responsibilities In this exciting role, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer care and data entry services, ensuring seamless communication and resolution of customer inquiries and issues. Your key responsibilities will include: Accumulating and organizing artwork, including character models, props, and area designs, for shipments to manufacturing facilities, labeling, categorizing, and creating final model packs for cargo. Organizing asset files, uploading models to perception, prepping documents for background painters and color designers, and maintaining standardized formats, including naming conventions. Assisting in the creation and maintenance of design lists as needed, taking notes at assigned meetings, and communicating with vendors, animation teams, and other stakeholders. Providing critical materials for artists, including reference materials, and ensuring high-quality control for line art in digital artwork. Collaborating with production managers, supervisors, and other team members to resolve issues, address delays, and improve workflows. Maintaining a helpful attitude, demonstrating eagerness and curiosity, and participating in morale events and team-building activities. Essential Qualifications and Skills To succeed in this role, you will need: Excellent organizational, verbal, written, and social skills, with the ability to oversee multiple tasks and resolve problems in a fast-paced environment. A positive attitude, flexibility, and a willingness to learn and adapt to new situations and challenges. Proficiency in Mac or PC, with experience in Final Draft 9.0, Adobe Acrobat Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, ToonBoom Storyboard Pro, Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and build strong relationships with customers, artists, and production teams. Preferred Qualifications and Experience While not required, the following qualifications and experience are preferred: Previous experience in data entry, customer care, or a related field, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service and support. Familiarity with Disney's products and services, as well as the private industry and its trends and challenges. Experience working in a remote or virtual team environment, with the ability to self-motivate and manage time effectively.
