Associate Business Analyst
Join our Operational Oversight – Compliance Team as an Associate Business Analyst. In this role, you’ll monitor TennCare LTSS databases, ensure compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements, and support audits and process improvement initiatives. What You’ll Do: Monitor data to meet timeliness and compliance standards Assist with external audits and develop solutions for identified issues Recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and resource utilization What We’re Looking For: 3+ years of experience in data analysis, compliance, or audit review Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and analytical skills Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment Excellent time management and prioritization skills Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple deadlines Professional conduct and auditing credentials CHOICES LTSS experience preferred Be able to work either a 6:45am – 3:15pm CST or 7am – 3:30pm CST shift M-F Must reside in the State of Tennessee If you’re seeking a challenging and rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful impact, we encourage you to apply!
