Director, Data Orchestration & Optimization

Role Summary We're looking for a strategic Director of Data Operations to lead data orchestration, optimization, lead management, and direct to sales campaign development for our global payments sales teams. This role drives data-driven strategies to empower sales teams, collaborating closely with marketing, revenue operations, sales, and data analytics & insights to make informed decisions that fuel revenue growth. Essential Job Functions Core responsibilities - • Develop and execute strategies for data orchestration, routing, enrichment, and deduplication to support sales and marketing efforts. • Monitor all inbound leads from marketing hitting the Salesforce ecosystem in order to find problems before they become an issue. • Evolve and mature the lead management function within Global Payments • Lead the creation and optimization of internal sales campaign strategies aligned with revenue goals. • Cross functional collaboration with Marketing, Sales, Revenue Enablement, GTM Technology, Salesforce, & Data Analytics & Insights to leverage data insights for decision-making. • Collaborate with the Sr. Director of GTM Technology to align go-to-market strategies with business objectives. • Ensure data processes adhere to security, compliance (e.g., PCI-DSS), and efficiency standards in a global payments environment. • Drive cross-functional efforts to boost customer acquisition, retention, and revenue through data-driven initiatives. • Monitor and refine campaign and data orchestration performance to support scalability and global sales efforts. Minimum Requirements • Minimum of 7 years of experience in marketing, lead generation, sales or a related field • Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing an operations team of analysts or marketing professionals • Strong analytical skills with an ability to use data to inform decision-making • Experience with lead generation tools such as ZoomInfo, Equifax, etc. • Experience in developing and executing sales campaigns in a timely manner for stakeholders • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to manage multiple projects and wave initiatives simultaneously and prioritize effectively • Demonstrated leadership skills with an ability to motivate and inspire a team Education • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field or equivalent work experience Preferred Requirements • Previous experience in the financial services sector • Global Payments business knowledge surrounding routing, enrichment, and deduplication strategies • Familiarity with Ringlead automation and CRM Consolidation project At Global Payments our vision is to be “Champions of Inclusion.” We are fully committed and focused on creating a better tomorrow in the communities in which we live and work.
