**Job Summary**
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative – Temporary Position, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls from customers, providing accurate and timely solutions to their inquiries, and exceeding their expectations through exceptional service. This is a Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home while enjoying the flexibility and autonomy that comes with it.
**Responsibilities**
* Manage large volumes of inbound calls in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring that customers receive prompt and effective support.
* Follow established communication scripts to handle various topics, including debit card incentives, orders, and balances.
* Identify customers' needs, clarify information, research, and provide solutions and/or alternatives to meet their expectations.
* Access company and client resources to accurately handle calls and provide informed responses.
* Seize opportunities to upsell products and services when they arise, driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
* Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities with ease and composure.
* Maintain punctuality and attendance at all scheduled times, ensuring seamless coverage and minimizing disruptions.
* Remain positive and professional in all customer interactions, providing a consistently high level of service and support.
**Qualifications**
* Previous 3-6 months of customer service or customer support experience is preferred, with a strong background in call center or office environments.
* Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
* Quick learner with the ability to work independently, demonstrating strong phone and verbal communication skills, as well as active listening.
* Must be 18 years of age and pass a background check, adhering to state and federal laws.
* Availability to work 16-40 hours per week, with shifts between 8:00am-8:00pm (EST) and every other weekend rotation.
**Pay & Benefits**
* Starting pay: $14/hour, plus shift differential (extra $1/hr nights & wkds).
* Paid training: typically 2-5 days in length from 9:00am-6:00pm (EST).
* Status: Full Time or Part Time Temporary, with opportunities for career growth and advancement.
* Must be available to work 9/29-10/1.

* Must provide own equipment and workspace, including a laptop or desktop computer that meets the following hardware and software requirements:

+ Up-to-date antivirus software installed on the platform, with a recent scan completed.
+ Firewall enabled.
+ Hardwired to your modem or router, with no Wi-Fi or extenders.
