Luxury High-Converting Real Estate Landing Page Designer Needed
I’m looking for a talented designer/developer to create a luxury, high-converting landing page for a premium real estate listing.
The landing page must reflect a premium, high-net-worth aesthetic, communicate exclusivity, and drive conversions. You will be provided with all content, including drone footage, lifestyle images, brochure, floorplans, and video. Your role is to turn this into a stunning, elegant landing page with effective conversion strategy.
Requirements:
Experience designing luxury real-estate landing pages
Strong understanding of conversion design (CTAs, lead magnets, user flow)
Ability to develop using Lovable, Cursor, Google AI Studio, Webflow, or similar
Can integrate multiple CTAs (Register, Download Floorplans, WhatsApp, Email)
Ability to include lead magnet download (Floorplans/Brochure)
Clean, modern, minimalist design appropriate for HNWIs
Fast turnaround & attention to detail
Deliverables:
Fully designed landing page (responsive & mobile-optimised)
Integration of assets (drone photos, video, floorplans, brochure)
CTA placement and lead-capture setup
Optionally: Thank-you page & basic email/WhatsApp integration
Bonus:
Experience with luxury branding, real estate marketing, or conversion copywriting.
