Legal Documentation Specialist
A company is looking for a Legal Documentation Specialist I, responsible for supporting legal operations and contract management processes.
Key Responsibilities
• Monitor and manage the Legal Operations inbox and contract management system requests
• Prepare and send contracts for signature and provide first-level technical support for department systems
• Assist internal stakeholders with contract-related inquiries and maintain legal technology and procedures
Required Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2 years of related experience
• Experience with contract management and electronic billing is a plus
• Familiarity with contract drafting and legal terminology
• Proficiency in using contract management systems and Microsoft Office
