[Remote] Willow IT Pharmacist Enterprise Architect 4761
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Tier4 Group is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Willow IT Pharmacist Enterprise Architect to join their team in a remote capacity. The role involves leveraging clinical pharmacy expertise and technical proficiency in Epic Willow and Beacon to enhance oncology workflows and ensure efficient patient care.
Responsibilities
• Serve as the primary IT Pharmacist for Epic Willow build, implementation, optimization, and support.
• Collaborate with medical oncologist, clinical pharmacy, oncology nursing and IT teams to design and optimize workflows that improve oncology treatment planning, order sets, and medication management.
• Participate in system build, testing, validation, and documentation activities in Epic Willow and Beacon.
• Analyze, design, and implement oncology protocols, treatment plans, and order sets to align with clinical standards of care.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide support to end-users, ensuring timely resolution of Beacon/Willow-related problems.
• Partner with key stakeholders to identify opportunities for system enhancements and workflow improvements.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, patient safety initiatives, and organizational policies.
• Participate in ongoing education and training to maintain Epic certifications and stay current with oncology and pharmacy best practices.
Skills
• Licensed Pharmacist in the U.S. (any state).
• Strong oncology background (combination of clinical and/or IT).
• Experience with Epic.
• Ability to achieve and maintain Epic certifications.
• Epic experience strongly preferred.
• 1st Preference: Epic Willow and Beacon certifications.
• 2nd Preference: Epic Beacon certification and able to obtain a Willow certification within 60 days of employment.
• 3rd Preference: An oncology background that is able to obtain Willow and Beacon certifications within 60 days of employment.
• Experience in building oncology protocols, treatment plans, and order sets.
• Prior experience in pharmacy informatics roles.
