Compensation:
$249,900—$480,238/year
Responsibilities:
• Develop partnerships with product teams to address technology needs.
• Drive initiatives to improve platform trust and safety.
• Mentor ML engineers and ensure technical plans are in place.
• Act as a technical point of contact for cross-functional partners.
Requirements:
• Expertise in building large scale ML systems.
• Passion for responsible and quality-first discovery surfaces.
