Government Bid Proposal Writer and Manager
We’re hiring an experienced proposal professional to own end-to-end responses for government/public-sector solicitations (RFP/RFQ/RFQual). We already have an internal team that sources opportunities and runs our Fit Score/Go-No-Go process. This role starts only after a bid is internally approved—you will own the full proposal response, compliance, and submission.
Our work includes leadership development, executive coaching, facilitation/strategic planning, communication/team alignment, culture transformation, and trust/legitimacy work in public service.
