RE/MAX Team Operations & Marketing Systems Consultant
RE/MAX Complete, a top-performing brokerage based in Fishers, IN, is seeking an experienced Real Estate Operations & Marketing Systems Consultant to evaluate and optimize our current processes, staffing structure, and marketing systems. My team closes 100–150 transactions per year. We need a consultant who can identify operational inefficiencies, document roles and responsibilities, and design scalable workflows for our next growth phase.
This engagement will focus on:
1. Operations Audit – Evaluate team structure, admin workflows, transaction management, CRM (BoldTrail), and communication flow.
2. Marketing Systems Review – Assess social, digital, and print marketing execution; define in-house vs. outsourced responsibilities.
3. Role & Accountability Mapping – Create an updated org chart, KPIs, and clear accountability chart.
4. Strategic Roadmap – Deliver a 90-day implementation plan with measurable improvement goals.
