Skills & Qualifications • Previous customer service, hospitality, or call center experience preferred but not required. • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. • Ability to multitask while managing multiple customer inquiries efficiently. • Basic technical troubleshooting skills for assisting with digital platforms. • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment. • Availability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
