**Experienced Full Stack HR and Labor Relations Site Lead – Web & Cloud Application Development**

At blithequark, we're looking for an experienced Full Stack HR and Labor Relations Site Lead to join our team in Charlotte, North Carolina. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for delivering HR and LR services to our Customer Care & Aftersales (CCA) site, which employs a combined total of approximately 125 people. You will work closely with our Plant Manager to drive GM culture, promote positive employee experiences, and improve employee engagement. **About blithequark** blithequark is a leading company in the automotive industry, committed to making a positive impact on the world. We're a company that values diversity, inclusion, and belonging, and we're committed to creating a workplace where everyone feels welcome and valued. **Key Responsibilities** As a Full Stack HR and Labor Relations Site Lead, you will be responsible for: * Partnering with the Plant Manager to drive GM culture, promote positive employee experiences, and improve employee engagement * Promoting a positive working relationship with the union through consistent application of local and national agreements * Negotiating and implementing local and national agreements * Participating in Joint Leadership Meetings and activities * Ensuring adherence to the Grievance Procedure * Providing HR leadership for the site, including talent planning, performance management, compensation planning, recruiting and selection, etc. * Ensuring compliance to policy and support investigations of employee concerns * Managing hourly, contract, and salaried employment administration * Facilitating training on HR policies, HR/LR procedures, and contractual agreements, including the UAW Local and National agreements * Championing assigned Workplace Safety System Elements and administration of local safety-related items * Supporting People Involvement and implementation of our Global Manufacturing System (GMS) * Core HR: Championing projects that support key HR & Center of Expertise (COE) objectives in function and country * Partnering with Site Leadership and People Leaders in driving GM culture, promoting positive employee experiences, and improving employee engagement * Participating in regular HRM and Talent Forum discussions with Site Leadership * Partnering with COE to ensure that local policies, procedures, legislations, collective agreements, and regulations are administered appropriately in accordance with country and functional direction * Cascading company-wide communications and announcements * Providing complex-wide communications on HR/LR initiatives, process changes, and improvements that impact all employees * Ensuring appropriate support to the business in regard Human Capital Plans implementation * Supporting enterprise-initiatives, including Talent Spotting, Workplace of Choice, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, and compensation programs * Supporting processes on employee life cycle from hire to exit * Functioning as an escalation point of contact for uncommon or exceptional employee issues * Partnering with Legal and Government to maintain in-depth knowledge of employment requirements related to management of employees, reducing legal risks, and ensuring regulatory compliance **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in HR, LR, Business, or related field * At least 4 years of experience providing HR and/or LR support to an organization * Minimum 3 years of experience working in a union environment, negotiating, and resolving conflicts **Preferred Qualifications** * Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in HR, LR, Business, or related field * Understanding of Health and Safety practices and requirements * Experience in Warehouse, Manufacturing, Operation, or Distribution * Organized, able to work independently, meet deadlines, and thrive in an ambiguous environment * Highly proficient analytical and project management skills * Strong Interpersonal Skills * Excellent written and verbal communications skills * Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and HR applications (e.g. Workday, etc.) * Ability to maintain confidentiality regarding HR/LR matters **Work Environment and Company Culture** As a Full Stack HR and Labor Relations Site Lead at blithequark, you will be part of a dynamic and inclusive team that values diversity, equity, and inclusion.
