SAP PP/MM Consultant - Independent Visa only- W2 Only (C2C with own corportation)

About the Role A major aerospace organization in the Dallas area is undertaking a large-scale SAP transformation and is seeking an experienced SAP PP/MM Consultant to support ongoing implementation, integration, and optimization efforts. This is a long-term project with high visibility and the opportunity to work closely with manufacturing, supply chain, and engineering teams. Key Responsibilities • Lead solution design, configuration, and implementation of SAP PP and MM modules within a complex manufacturing environment. • Support integration between PP/MM and cross-functional areas including QM, SD, PS, and Finance. • Collaborate with engineering, operations, procurement, and production teams to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications. • Drive process improvements related to planning, inventory, procurement, MRP, production execution, and shop-floor workflows. • Support testing cycles: SIT, UAT, regression testing, and integration testing. • Assist with data migration activities, validation, cutover, and hypercare. • Provide production support and troubleshoot issues related to SAP PP/MM configuration and interfaces. • Work closely with technical teams on custom enhancements, reports, and forms (ABAP, integrations, IDocs, etc.). • Document processes, functional designs, and configuration for project deliverables. Required Experience • 8+ years of hands-on experience with SAP PP and MM configuration. • Proven delivery experience in manufacturing-heavy environments (aerospace, automotive, industrial, or discrete manufacturing preferred). • Strong understanding of planning strategies, MRP, BOMs, routings, production orders, procurement, inventory management, and warehouse coordination. • Experience working on full lifecycle SAP implementations (at least 2 E2E projects preferred). • Ability to gather requirements and produce detailed functional specifications for development teams. • Strong communication skills and ability to work closely with business stakeholders. Desired Skills • Experience with SAP Project Systems (PS). • Strong data migration/data validation experience within PP/MM objects. • Working knowledge of QM, SD, EWM, or APO/IBP is a plus. • Aerospace or engineering industry experience.
