Landing Page Designer + CRO Specialist

We care deeply about trust, containment, emotional safety, and clarity—because conversion in this category is inseparable from nervous system response. We’re looking for a designer/CRO specialist who understands that how something feels is part of how it converts. ⸻ The Role You will own the design and optimization of landing pages and core site flows used for paid traffic, retargeting, and onboarding. This is not a “make it pretty” role. It’s about precision, psychology, and restraint. ⸻ Responsibilities Landing Pages • Design high-converting landing pages aligned with paid campaigns • Create fast, mobile-first layouts optimized for trust and clarity • Develop and test variants to improve conversion rate • Implement or advise on tracking, analytics, and testing frameworks CRO & UX • Audit existing pages for friction, confusion, or trust leaks • Recommend and implement UX improvements • Optimize across the full journey (cold traffic → decision → next step) Brand Execution • Work within a founder-led narrative without exaggeration or hype • Balance emotional resonance with clinical credibility • Respect regulatory and compliance constraints without killing conversion ⸻ What We’re Looking For Required • Demonstrated experience improving conversion rates on landing pages • Portfolio showing before/after work with real metrics • Strong UX instincts and clean visual hierarchy • Fluency in Figma (or similar tools) • Ability to translate complex, emotionally sensitive offerings into clear, grounded design Strong Plus • Experience with mental health, wellness, or regulated products • Familiarity with ketamine-assisted or psychedelic-adjacent spaces (professionally framed) • Founder-led or personal brand experience • Experience optimizing for both cold traffic and retargeting funnels ⸻ How You Think • You understand that trust converts better than tricks • You design for the nervous system, not just the eye • You think in user intent, objections, and psychological stages • You are data-driven but not mechanistic • You ask good questions before designing • You can work independently and iterate cleanly ⸻ How to Apply Please include: 1.
