Diagnose and resolve customer issues using available resources and tools. Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues to ensure efficient problem resolution. Stay updated on Apple’s latest product features and service offerings. Document and track customer interactions and technical issues in the system. Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and improve service delivery. Participate in ongoing training and development sessions to enhance skills.
