Location: Grand Hyatt San Antonio River Walk & Hyatt Regency San Antonio Riverwalk Reports To: Area Director of Revenue Management Position Summary The Area Revenue Analyst supports the strategic revenue management efforts of both the Grand Hyatt and Hyatt Regency San Antonio. This role plays a critical part in producing accurate and timely reporting, maintaining group pickup grids, and ensuring system accuracy to support decision-making and revenue growth. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, analytical, and collaborative, with a passion for driving business performance through data-driven insights. Key Responsibilities Reporting & Analysis • Accurately produce and distribute all daily, weekly, and monthly revenue reports in a timely manner. • Regularly update and maintain Group Pickup Grids, ensuring accurate tracking of group pace, pickup, wash, and displacement for both properties. • Create and deliver ad hoc analytical reports as requested by the Area Director of Revenue, providing in-depth, targeted information to support fact-based strategies. • Conduct detailed analysis of market trends, competitive performance, and pace to identify revenue opportunities. Revenue Strategy Support • Partner with the Area Revenue Management team to support property-specific and cluster-wide revenue goals. • Assist in developing and evaluating new revenue management strategies, promotions, and pricing initiatives. • Actively participate in weekly revenue meetings, providing insights and recommendations on pricing, availability, and market demand for all segments and distribution channels. • Support yield efforts to ensure optimal mix of business across group, transient, contract, and wholesale channels. Collaboration & Communication • Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to align revenue strategies with overall financial goals. • Provide research and analytical support to drive strategic ideation for both properties. • Partner with Reservations and Distribution teams to ensure system accuracy and consistency across channels. System & Process Management • Maintain and manage all revenue management systems (e.g., Hyatt PrO, Envision, Opera, Demand360, STR) to ensure data integrity. • Support continuous improvement of processes, tools, and methodologies that enhance revenue performance. • Complete special projects aligned with property and regional needs as assigned by the Area Director of Revenue. As an Area Revenue Analyst for the Grand Hyatt and Hyatt Regency San Antonio, you'll be an integral part of a collaborative and high-performing team dedicated to driving financial success while fostering career growth and professional development. • Minimum of 2 years in a supervisory or analytical role within hotel revenue management or a related discipline. • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies. • Proficiency in creating and maintaining reporting documents, with advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, formulas, charts) strongly preferred. • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook). • Familiarity with Hyatt systems (Envision, PrO, Opera, Demand360, STR) strongly preferred. • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present findings and recommendations clearly to cross-functional teams. • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
