Entry-Level Dispatcher & Back Office Support Specialist

About Us: Road Kingz Logistics Solutions DBA Kingz Dispatch is a fast-growing, family-driven logistics company specializing in dispatching, carrier support, and administrative operations. We are expanding and looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Dispatcher to grow with our Position Overview: We are hiring an Entry-Level Dispatcher & Back Office Support Specialist who is professional, reliable, and eager to learn. You will coordinate loads, communicate with drivers, assist with paperwork, and support day-to-day administrative and HR tasks. This is a part-time remote role with a strong pathway to full-time employment, higher hourly wages, and future commissions. • Dispatch loads and communicate pickup/delivery details to drivers • Track driver movement, ETAs, delays, and updates • Handle back-office tasks: emails, invoices, document management, compliance support • Assist with carrier onboarding, scheduling, and communication • Support light HR duties (collecting documents, coordinating onboarding steps) • Use load boards, dispatch software, and communication tools • Assist with posting and managing social media job ads & company marketing (willing to train) • Maintain accuracy while multitasking in a fast-paced environment • Support leadership with day-to-day operations as needed • 1–2 years of experience in dispatching, logistics, HR, customer service, or office admin • Excellent communication skills (phone, text, and email) • Light HR department experience preferred • Social media advertising experience required OR willingness to learn(Posting job ads, boosting posts, creating simple promotional content, etc.) • Strong multitasking and organizational skills • Reliable home office setup: • Laptop or desktop computer • Dual-monitor setup • Printer/scanner • High-speed internet • Professional attitude & willingness to grow • College students welcome • Dispatching certificate preferred but not required Schedule: Part-time (20–25 hrs/week) to start • Strong opportunity to transition into full-time • Flexible schedule (weekends may be required depending on load volume) Compensation: Starting pay: $16/hour (bi-weekly) • Performance-based raises • Commission opportunities as you advance • Strong long-term career growth potential Why Join Road Kingz: • Family-oriented, fast-growing logistics company • Potential to grow into HR, dispatch management, or team lead roles • Supportive, learning-focused environment • Remote work with flexibility Job Types: Part-time, Contract, Internship Pay: From $15.00 per hour Benefits: • 401(k) • Dental insurance • Employee assistance program • Health insurance • Life insurance • Professional development assistance • Referral program • Retirement plan • Vision insurance Work Location: Remote Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
